Hi, I'm Derek Heppe.  I'm a full time REALTOR, Broker In Charge and President of Ace Realty.  Nothing I do is as important as making sure my clients are satisfied with the decisions they make regarding Real Estate.  In order to better serve people, I've taken the time to earn some of the designations the National Association Of Realtors has to offer.  I'm a Certified Residential Specialist, which is one of the highest designations a Realtor can hold.  I work with buyers and sellers with all of their Real Estate needs in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas of South Carolina.  I take my job seriously.  I take pride in helping people whether buying or selling a home or property.  Let me go to work for you.
